There will be a performance review after 6 months from the date of commencement of the programme. After this Review , based on the performance of the candidate the appraisal will be done. If the candidates are not up to the mark, then the entire offer will become null and void and Cegonsoft Pvt Ltd will not take any responsibility of placing the candidate.

Job Assurance / Assistance

FTP is 100% Job assured Programme.

The candidate may be sent to onsite projects after completion of training period on I3IT payroll or permanent employee of the company for which he is going to work on site. Note: All the above processes will start only after 4th month i.e. only after completion of Training Period.

Communication / Soft skill

Activities such as Resume Building, Personality Development, Soft Skill’s and Seminars from guest lecturers etc… etc…. are arranged by our Placement team for the betterment of the candidate which in turn help the candidates to improve their Personality as well soft skills which is a must in our present day Industries.
